Welcome, I am Doug Moodie, the proprietor of DJM Property Services & Contracts Ltd. Thank you for viewing our website and considering our services.
DJM Property Services & Contracts is a family owned “one stop shop” for the provision of high quality and cost effective shared maintenance services tailored to the needs of our many clients. I have personally been involved with the letting and maintenance of property in the Falkirk and Central Scotland area since 1995, and you will be assured of our utmost care and attention at all times.
Our services include: maintaining blocks of flats & estates, in addition to developments & properties, where shared services are provided to owners/residents e.g. shared landscaping areas, providing the full range of trade services required for preventative maintenance, and provision of ongoing repairs to maintain your development in tip top condition.
We typically use our experienced and vetted in house tradespeople wherever possible, but if any specialist contractors are required, we ensure they are local to our business.
